New for 2010  With the hobby beekeeper in mind.

Beekeeping is a fantastic hobby.  Those who get into beekeeping often get what is called "bee fever."  This is a hobby with many facets and gives almost anyone an opportunity to learn more about nature and the role of the productive honey bee.  I would like you to visit often.  I am a retired commercial beekeeper, life member of EAS and the Ohio State Beekeepers Association, and A master beekeeper recognized by EAS.  This doesn't mean that I am all knowledgeable about beekeeping.  I still learn something new almost every day and I learn from those of you who over the years have visited these pages.

Those of you who have visited these pages in the past will notice some change.  However, the site is still being updated and if you see something missing that you would like to see retained, let me know: email: stahlmanapiaries@aol.com.  I have also moved the free classes to my other web site called: www.beeclass.com.  Those classes are from the 2004 edition of Beekeeping 101, 201, and 301.  Although not up to the added resources and quality of the current edition, it continues to be a good source of information for the beekeeper who want to get free information.  And I still answer beekeeping questions.   See the panel on the left for "Have a beekeeping question?   Many of those questions are answered in the book and cd I have written.  In fact, your questions help me focus on the type of material I included in the Beekeeping 101 Handbook listed below.

Beekeeping 101 Handbook and Guide for Beginning Beekeepers is available for 14.99 including 1st class shipping.

The companion cd called Beekeeping Classes 101, 201 & 301 is available for $20.00 including shipping.

Both are available for $35.00 including priority mail with delivery confirmation shipping.
